  • Escape with the whole family to this peaceful, stylish getaway. Located in the quiet streets of Belmont, this beautiful property is close to local shops and cafes with local playgrounds for the kids and only a short drive to Mt Duneed and surrounding attractions. Featuring four stylish bedrooms, separate rumpus room, 2 bathrooms and a sprawling outdoor area with enclosed yard. This property has been expertly crafted with love and care to comfortably home families, friends and even your pets.

    BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Please note all towels and linen are provided.

    Bedroom 1 (Master) - Queen Bed, connecting private ensuite (Sleeps 2)

    Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, spacious wardrobe, ceiling fan (Sleeps 2)

    Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, spacious wardrobe, ceiling fan (Sleeps 2)

    Bedroom 4 - 2x single beds, spacious wardrobe, ceiling fan (Sleeps 2)

    BATHROOM CONFIGURATION: Bathmats, hand towels provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

    Bathroom 1 (Master) Toilet, shower, basin.

    Bathroom 2 - Shower, bath, 2 basins. The bathtub is a spa bath but please note it is not operational.

    Powder room (Off laundry) - Toilet, basin.

    PARKING: Free parking on site with plenty of space in the driveway, not enclosed or in garage (Garage inaccessible) There is also ample free on street parking.

    ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via lockbox on site, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.

    WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.

    KICTHEN: Toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Grounds), dishwasher, oven, fridge. Complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar. Spices, oil provided.

    DINING: We have a dining table set for 6 guests with 3 more seats are the kitchen bar. There is also outdoor dining, see photos.

    LOUNGE: Separated couch with TV and Chromecast. Apps for Netflix, Stan, YouTube available, we ask that guests use their own accounts to log in, there is no free to air on this TV. Free to air TV in the garage. Gas fireplace also included in lounge.

    GARAGE: Separate lounge for kids with pet space, 3 person sofa bed. There is also a study nook.

    BACKYARD: Full enclosed with fences this area has outdoor seating, veggie patch and cubby house. Separate fire put and seating also provided, guests will need to bring their own wood.

    HEATING & COOLING: The property features central heating and cooling with gas fireplace, ceiling fans and wood fire in garage.

    EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more are provided for your stay!

    LAUNDRY: Washing machine and Dryer in Laundry. Washing powder provided.

    PETS: Pets are allowed at this property. We ask that guests bring their own pet beds, food, toys. Any leavings in the yard must be picked up before check out. A Pet fee will also apply. We ask that pets do not go on the furniture or in the beds.

    MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks.

    Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.

    Celebrating a special occasion? Ask us for assistance with any additional requirements you may have- catering, private chefs, transfers, late check-outs, mid-stay housekeeping. We’ll do our best to assist in any way!

    High Street - 3-minute drive (13-minute walk) to the popular High Street in Belmont with local cafes, shopping centers and restaurants.

    Mt Duneed - 10 minute drive
    Marshall Train station - 5 minute drive
    15 Minute drive to Barwon Heads and Torquay

    Taxi and Uber available in the area, local bus routes within walking distance.

    We ask that guests follow the parking guide and not park in other neighbours driveways.

    We ask that quiet times of 10pm to 8am be observed with respect to the neighboring properties.
    GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and
    agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please
    treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours.
    Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or
    bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property.
    Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
    CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out
    time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior
    arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply.
    Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the
    key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a
    management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property
    and if required replacement of keys.
    THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS
    UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to
    unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you
    immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your
    stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. HostyCo will not
    be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen
    unavoidable circumstances.
    PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in
    immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional,
    cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any
    guest during their stay if we deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS
    PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
    There should be no disturbance to neighbours at any time during your stay.
    LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where
    supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon
    request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any
    damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen may incur a
    charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping
    service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee .
    YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and
    loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this
    immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs.
    Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as
    occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive
    noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction
    without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise
    should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
    Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for
    management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.
    Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the
    appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed
    away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure
    will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All
    furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
    Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the
    property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
    HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
