“Large clean room on front with view of river. Great hot buffet breakfast included. We were able to leave our bags with the hotel after checking out until 2 PM when we boarded a ship for our bicycling tour. Family owned: everyone very nice.”

“It was ok - not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. The location was great, as far as proximity to the track and other amenities. The staff was hit or miss, some were friendly and helpful, others completely not. They have one product for washing that is a combo shampoo/body wash - again not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel.”

There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. “Gute Unterkunft für ein langes Wochenende. Besonders gut hat uns die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung in der Küche gefallen (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Geschirr).
