“Got charged for parking never told it was a daily charge asked for 150 deposit that I thought is was all included in my bill only one gentleman on our last night was helpful when I told him our tv was not working had to call maintenance like 5 times for him to say I’ll try to get you another but I don’t promise anything , line was horrible to have breakfast missing items not all condiments or silverware were available a place I would not go again they need a new manager and better team work...

“credit cards pos (4) not working and they do not accept cash! how am I supposed to pay incidentals? stupid burocracy costed 30 minutes check in and 40 minutes check out! Hilton deserves a better service for sure! ”

“Only good thing is the great walking distance from Disneyland. Breakfast wasn't bad. Room was not clean. Found hair on the floor, a box behind the night table, stain on sheets and didn't have enough towels.”

“It’s only a bummer we couldn’t check in earlier and their was a fee if we did but over all great spacious place my kids love the separate rooms”

“Great for the price but no ice machine microwave or freezer available on the entire property no pool just a room.”

“The soap was insufficient. Was expecting liquid soap. Not one that breaks apart when you use it. Other than that, they had free parking, free continental breakfast, big rooms, comfortable beds. Just need to upgrade their amenities in the room.”
