“credit cards pos (4) not working and they do not accept cash! how am I supposed to pay incidentals? stupid burocracy costed 30 minutes check in and 40 minutes check out! Hilton deserves a better service for sure! ”

“The rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the gym area was a great addition. However, the parking was a bit cramped because a significant portion was closed off for work on the hotel’s roof. Despite this minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect.”

“I must’ve sat on the shortest toilet in the world. I’m a senior citizen of 74 years and my legs and my knees don’t work very well and I have to fall onto the toilet several times at night is terrible. You should have higher toilets for people that can’t bend. You don’t even have a standard one and the two days we’re there our TV was out for most of it did we complain? No wasn’t worth it didn’t need somebody there bugging us.”
