I replied yes, he immediately said and you didn’t pay yet? I replied no and he said well that unusual with a bad tone and would not make eye contact with me. He further said they usually don’t even make the reservations.”

Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable – we felt right at home.
