“room was incredibly beautiful and with a stunning view from floor 18, loved it. I had everything, cooking facilities, toiletries, a good hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, everything!! perfect. The girls working at the reception were so nice and helpful. Men a bit rude but that’s everywhere.”

On the plus side, the room was lovely—beautifully designed, comfortable, and exactly the high standard you’d expect from a boutique hotel. However, the main reason we booked was for the rooftop infinity pool, which was out of action during our stay. Given this is the hotel’s flagship feature, it was a massive letdown. What made it worse was that no goodwill gesture or compensation was offered for the inconvenience.”
