“Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement: 1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working. 2. TV box not fuctioning properly. 3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit. 4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room. 5. Insufficient utensils. The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not...

“The location is really great, because once you get off at KL Central station, reachable directly from the airport in 30 minutes with the KLIA Ekspres, you get directly to the hotel without even leaving and crossing the road. The hotel is very well maintained the staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
