“very clean suite style hotel so it’s helpful to have the extra space but the best thing about it is the parking garage that is under the hotel and is more secure than just parking in a surface lot”

“The staff was very nice. The breakfast attendant served the same two items all three days I was there. I was told that pets are mainly on the first floor, but when I got to my room and took off my shoes, there was pet hair stuck on the bottom of my socks. The housekeeper was nice enough to come sweep and mop for me. I was expecting the pool to be open as well. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it wasn’t the either. If they had designated rooms for pets, and didn’t cook the same two...

“There is a hidden fee. The property has a third party parking system. On Expedia it says self parking. I couldn’t find where it says you pay extra. I stayed two nights and it cost me 17% of the stay, meaning 17% of the total of the two night stay. Very expensive. Second Hampton Inn in Nashville to do this. One more caveat: you do not have to be a customer to use the lot. Meaning it does have the potential to fill with non customer parking. ”

“Overall I loved this trip. The communication from the owner was excellent and he was extremely responsive to any questions or needs. The area is quiet and within walking distance of lots of fun things. It was a bit cold so we did not get to use the sky deck much but it seemed nice. ”
