“Water damage on the ceiling, causing it to look rundown, paint was peeling. Air conditioning was not working. They did offer us a fan after we tried to use the AC, which tripped the power. After that, they let us know per message that we shouldn’t use the AC. ”

“I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed!
