“This hotel was perfect for our FIFA World Cup stay. it was easy to find, right off I-70. Check-in was quick. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The desk person was helpful answering questions we had about the logistics to and from the game. The morning breakfast was more than we expected. There were maids and attendants throughout the hotel. “The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep.”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was filthy dirty, the pool area was padlocked, the emergency shut off to the hot tub was also padlocked. The hot tub was not working at all, it was like sitting in a hot toilet. The "buffet breakfast" was disgusting.”

The guard immediately accused my partner of being a vandal and then proceeded to tell us the area was unsafe, which only added to our concerns. The interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the property charged my card before the date listed on Expedia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking at other options before booking here.”
