Next time please provide parking area. Improve the environment in areas that are somewhat dirty. However your room is very clean and nice 👍

Ferringhi stay

When viewed from the outside it is not impressive but the hosts are lovely and helpful, the location is relatively quiet, and the beach is right there. It is located at the nw end of the beach. Convenient bus stop and the tropical spice gardens and national park a "must do"

Luv this place. It's local, simple, safe & right next to the beach with good beachfront food stalls very nearby.

It was beyond our expectation! Very comfy & homey.

Everything is perfect! I actually didn't expect the room will be that nice and it was beyond my expectation. We stayed in a ground level room which is concrete building (not wooden) for a surcharge of RM10 per night. It was not a problem because the room is clean and complete with aircond, mini refrigerator and also water heater in the bathroom. Very comfy and feeling homey. The only negative point is, I would suggest that the guest house owner provides thicker blanket/comforter for the bed as it is not enough sleeping in an aircon room with a thin blanket. After all, the location of the guest house is superb. It is located just in front of the beach (with a nice view of sunset and nearby water sport activities) and also just a walking distance to the night market and restaurants. The guest house owner is so friendly and very helpful. Not to mention that the wifi is also good. There's a mosque behind the guest house and it is not a problem for us when the muazin calling prayers for Subuh at 5.45 a.m. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay there. We surely would come back again staying there for our next trip!

Highly recommended

You couldn't ask to be nearer the beach, it was just across the lane from the guest house. The family who run it are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room and shared bathroom was very clean, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We opted for a room with a fan, this was cool enough during the night, but it did get quite warm during the day. But as we spent most of the day on the beach, this was not a problem. There were places to eat within walking distance, and the bus stop was about 5 minutes away on foot. It was so good, we originally booked for five nights, but ended up staying for twelve.

Beachfront Paradise At Great Price!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. At first, I thought that it was not glamorous. However, the location, friendly staff, convenience, and peacefulness made me come back. This time I got a beautiful room with a super ocean view and a really comfortable bed. I like how the rooms are furnished and feel very safe here.

Low-key corner of this busy village on the beach!

Very basic cheap lodging almost on the beach so if you are after some sun adn see - this is surely a place... Room rather basic, but well compensated by lovely team serving the hotel guests and it's location.

まさに民宿（ゲストハウスそのものですが）

現金支払いのみであったが、現金が無くなったが祝日で空いている両替が見つからず一旦返金してくれて翌日ばらいにしてくれた。ゲストハウスのオーナー、奥さんが非常に親切。広い洗濯物干場があって良かった。

Grundsätzlich ganz nett. Netter Betreiber. Und tolle Lage. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Aber mit Kindern wirds teuer wegen preisaufschlägen.

Nice location if you're a beach person, family run

Too noisy for me, next to a mosque and barking dogs in the night. Other than that nice, older place and I paid holiday prices so did not get as much for what I paid. Can see the sea from balcony.

nice place to stay in batu ferringhi

Very nice place to stay in batu ferringhi. The location is very convenient and food and seaside are just a few minutes walk. Rooms are clean though a bit noisy due to wooden floor. Owner is very nice and welcoming. Bring your own water though so u don't have to buy. Overall we enjoyed and will go back there for another visit in batu ferringhi

Cheap and Worth

Overall I'm satisfy with the guest house. One thing that was disappointed me was the dusty floor when we first checked in the room. At least they should clean it up a bit before guest arriving. Might be sometime that nobody is staying at the triple room.. But it is a nice location with beach and restaurents.Water sports are just right infront. Visited in end of JUNE

Average guest house at beach

We were looking just for a room to sleep after visiting penang. This is a wooden roof guest house so if you are looking for a hotel like facilities then you better find some other place. There is no daily cleaning of room and Towels will be changed only on request (note, there is no phone service to call guest house staff so you have to literally walkin to next door in order to request).
