“Amazing stay!”

“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“This was our 6th time staying at Hyatt House. The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in. “Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in.
