“Nice hotel! Beautiful room, great amenities. Loved the outside patio area with access to the pool. Really enjoyed the stay. The worse part was the parking. Confusing to figure out and we couldn't find how to enter the hotel from the underground parking garage- ended up going through the mall that was attached and then outside and in through the main door again. Other guests we passed by expressed this as well. Could have more signage for this issue perhaps.”

New room was brighter but the a/c unit in the new room was quite loud. The men's sauna was broken and although we reported it, it was never fixed during our stay. The amenities in the room were meh.
