“WiFi did not work- it gave an error message that the room number and name did not match. I called the front desk the name and room number were on the system correctly. They just said this happens sometimes and I wouldn’t be able to have WiFi.”

“When I walked in the room the tv was turned on and on mute. The bedside table lamp was not working I checked the plug and it never came on, that is an inconvenience for someone that needs that light.
The shower head is very old the water pipe the shower head was attached to was wobbly.
The associate when I checked in gave horrible directions to my room and the way the rooms are numbered makes no sense. I walked down several hallways until I finally found my room. I carried my heavy bags all...
