“WiFi did not work- it gave an error message that the room number and name did not match. I called the front desk the name and room number were on the system correctly. They just said this happens sometimes and I wouldn’t be able to have WiFi.”

“The room was very nice. They gave us a choice of main floor or up. After being out and about for dinner we came back to relax, tv wasn’t working, they promptly moved us. Problem solved. Very accommodating !!!”

“The room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The doors were heavy and slammed shut which was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep. There were three luggage carts and two were triangular in shape and too small to be useful. It would be worth it for the hotel to buy larger more standard sized luggage carts. We saw one large ant crawling on the floor right near the door. A maid happened to walk by when I saw it (we were just entering the room). She was very nice and offered to come back...

“I read a bunch of the reviews that raved about the breakfast but I just found it to be a very basic continental breakfast. I would grab a banana and after my first two days, there weren't any and the fruit dwindled down for the rest of the week and never refilled. ”

“Surprised at how clean everything was, exceeded my expectations”

“Upon arrival at 7:45, the front desk was not staffed. A number was listed on the counter to call for check-in. Once we entered the room, there was a vacuum hose laying on the floor next to the TV. The base of the TV had dust caked on it like it had not been cleaned for months. The room had a very old smell to it, which was not good for our asthma. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay there.”
