“Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

“Nicely renovated property in a somewhat aging building. Only hiccup was no one was at desk at check-in, but don't panic - property owners were quick to provide door code.”

“Russell is beyond wonderful! Such a great HOST!! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HIM AGAIN! Parking should definitely be added to the price to ease the headache but other than that our stay was wonderful! We were walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Bed was comfy and we loved that he left us such a great care package! Thank you for such a great place to stay! Home away from home!”

“Home is close to Mercer University. Close enough to interstate and has space enough for you not to be on top of one another. Family friendly environment. Home appears to be energy efficient.”

“Please beware! The pictures are misleading. You get what you pay for. The check in and out process was great as well as the apartment staff but other than that, I would not recommend. AC is very old and doesn’t work, the furniture is very cheap, the window is stuck slightly open and the door is seconds away from caving in. We did not feel safe at night and ended up leaving. Use caution when you stay.”
