“This was a great unit for the price point. It was clean, comfortable, perfect location that was walking distance from a lot of great restaurants. The building is safe and secure and there is paid parking at a lot right next door. The apartment had all the basic amenities, plenty of towels and even some nice little extra touches like coffee pods, and some bathroom toiletries.”

“The photos were exactly what the property looked like but don’t plan on cooking anything. The ONE pot that was there was disgusting with rust or something. The water jug was completely empty and the refrigerator wouldn’t keep a bottle of water cold. All the screens had huge holes in them but luckily the windows were closed and locked. The portable ac tube (approx 5inches) hose was through a window in the bedroom would not close enough around it and all that ‘cold’ air would go right out. It was...

“Easy to find, accessible street parking, really nice neighborhood, was pretty peaceful, and the condo was cozy. It was exactly what we needed since we were not really there but to shower and sleep. We visited the aquarium, zoo, museum, Chick-fil-A dwarf house, and made it up to Nathen’s to the Bulldogs stadium. We would soooo stay here again.”

“The property was a good place , we lived the fenced in yard on back , we lived the screen in porch ( but in need of repairs) . We loved the outdoor fireplace . Nice furnishings, Easy check in and out . Neighbor isn't the best but fairly quiet , just kids playing and dogs barking here and there . Our only complaint is the coffee maker isn't big enough to accommodate 4 people at once . Overall we enjoyed the stay and the property. Thank you for letting us stay the weekend at your property. ”

“We booked here in part for the free parking space. We walked to the Aquarium from here. It was a nice walk, but be aware that Atlanta is not located in a flat area. We had more than enough room for the two of us. We would stay here again. ”
