My only frustration was my was was never cleaned until I requested at the front desk for the third time, which was the day before my trip ended. I had to request my linen to be changed twice. “We arrived tired from a 17 hour road trip and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. However we were placed in a room with an absolutely filthy bathroom that had visible black mold growing in the shower. We asked to change rooms and found that the shower had a used washcloth in it. The third room we were placed into was slightly less dirty but the shower was growing pink mold around the caulk. By the time we got our children settled it was 2 am. “I am complaining about a billing error at Moxy Atlanta Downtown. After accidentally duplicating a reservation on June 27, I canceled one. GM Alfonce McKinney promised a resolution. On June 28, Expedia and hotel staff confirmed a refund was processing. Consequently, I submitted a positive review. Since June, I've sought a $200 refund. Despite providing requested details to Mr. McKinney on July 7, my follow-ups are ignored and corporate customer service cannot reach the hotel. Expedia awaits...
