“Compared to the photos in Expedia, I wasn’t sure I was in the right hotel. I had to recheck my reservations! Very, very run down, shredded plastic wrapping stilllom the box springs, box spring cover not close to fully on. The furniture was actually nice and relatively new. The bathroom was well-appointed, though the grab bar’s trim ring was broken and hanging from the bar’s middle. The bathroom was clean, but my dog kept pulling out trash from under the bed. “We paid to stay for the week. The room was not clean. The staff was not friendly. We checked into the hotel, but the room was not ready for guests. Turned in our keys the same day. Difficult to reach the hotel by phone.”

“We did not feel safe staying here due to the 3 men hovering around our door as well as they were all smoking when we reserved non smoking and one of them looked to be living out of the room next to us as the room itself was not clean upon arrival and when we approached the front desk clerk he proceeded to yell about everything and refuse help as well as kept trying to get us to go back to the room instead of trying to assist and accommodate our concerns.”

“There was a beer left in the fridge from previous guest & The AC in the room was loud. Outside noise (traffic) was loud all through the night. Housekeeping came in on our 2nd day & only left 2 towels. I had to call the front desk for wash cloths & toilet paper. We had our own soap etc. Parking space was tight for our full size truck. ”
