“Staff was great and within walking distance to downtown (approx 1 mile). If you are not handicapped, please make sure you don’t get a handicapped room. This room does not have a place where you can hang your dresses and sports jackets/suits are completely off the floor. ”

“Stayed 3 days. Asked to clean the room. They take note and forget it! Then they knock the door at 10 pm... too late. No complimentary water or toiletries. Receptionist doesnt know if the room was prepaid or not. They refuse to print the invoice. After complaines eventually they print it but the room rate is wrong. They insist that their systems dont fail. Shuttle from the airport very dirty. The restaurant has just few things at an exhorbitant price”

“This is a very nice hotel. My only complaint is with the housekeeping staff's attention to detail. Everything was clean, which is awesome. But little things, like seeing what supplies needed to be replenished - lotion, wash cloths, water bottles, etc., were lacking. Also, freshening up our room each day (we were there for 3 days) was mediocre... the bed was not remade (we had pulled up the sheets) - it still looked like someone had rolled around on it. And the room just lacked a personal touch...
