“Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is our room wasn't ready at check in and were told they had no idea when it would be ready and we were downgraded for the same price as the one we booked. ”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was an event on-site in which the individual managing the event was rude to my daughter and myself as we went to access the garden area. The gentleman at the front desk was able to assist immediately to help navigate guest access. Thank you, that was one of the reasons we booked this location and we appreciated the support.”
