“Julie, your front desk person was fantastic, helpful, patient, kind and I could go on. She was a lifesaver. The day before our stay (6 of us- in 6 different rooms), I learned our reservations (made through a third party) had been cancelled. I did not cancel them and the still showed as reserved and paid for on the third parties website. I contacted this hotel directly and right from the start, Julie was such a great help.
