“Si tratta di una struttura datata che assolutamente non corrisponde ad un 4 stelle . Il complesso è sito sul ciglio della strada . Personale giovane ed impreparato. Pulizia della camera molto approssimativa , ragnatele e polvere ovunque . Inoltre la ns camera , nr. 4 , dava sulla cucina e lasciando aperto la finestra entravano fumi e odori . La colazione ridicola con marmellate già iniziate e yogurt servito senza sapere né provenienza ne scadenza . Consiglio alla struttura di aggiornare...

“After reading reviews, we were skeptical, but Google reviews are more accurate. We had an excellent stay for our ski trip! Room was clean and recently updated with fresh paint and new appliances. My friend and I stayed in the four bed room with a private bathroom and found it clean, organized, and spacious. Big balcony overlooking mountains with lovely table and chairs, large comfy beds, Smart Tv, and nice hot shower. We didnt hear any noise from the street or other rooms and slept soundly....

“I parked in the back and had trouble finding the entrance (my error), walking through the kitchen. The staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. The room was well appointed. Our room was next to the church tower, and the bells rang intermittently through the night. The hotel supplies ear plugs. Breakfast was wonderful!”

“Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que así fue. Inmediatamente trate de ponerme en contacto con personal de Expedía sin conseguirlo (ni asistente virtual y en persona). Mantuve unos mensajes de chat vía web sin éxito en poder hablar con alguna...
