Case in affitto a Germanton

“Overall, we had a good stay. The home looked exactly like the photos and comfortably accommodated our group during a difficult time with family. The space was clean and met our needs. My only concerns were that the glass panel/door in the shower was missing, which made the bathroom less functional than expected. I also submitted a request to update the reservation to allow up to 5 guests because we had family and friends stopping by while we were grieving, but I never received a response from...

“JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!”

“Our place worked out great for what we needed. Very clean and had all provisions.”

“House was immaculate and well appointed. It was extremely comfortable and the host was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend! ”

“The location was perfect for what we needed.”

“The house is not at all what it looks like in the pictures. The outdoor area in the backyard had moldy stain seat cushions, so we could not enjoy the outdoor space. Upon our return home one day during our stay, a landscaper was burning leaves in the backyard, which you could see From far away as we were pulling into the neighborhood. There were not enough utensils or utilities in the kitchen. There was no pair of scissors. There was no closet in the master bedroom. The bedroom doors locked, and...

“Quiet area.”

“Accessible and convenient.”

“This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of...

“second time with Jose’s properties, both close to downtown and UNCSA campus, my particular interest.”
