“Everything was great except no coffee maker in room, I was also near a back entrance/exit so that was noisy at times. I don't recommend those rooms.The bed was great, room clean, liked staff, breakfast nice. I would stay again.”

“The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. “Wi-Fi worked -that is the best I can give. selected this hotel due to location to the medical center but rude staff and the room had a terrible odor. and the faucet from the bathroom almost came off. But very rude front desk with a sassy attitude and not helpful at all so felt it was a dead end to share anything.”

“After checking in a thunderstorm came through a couple hours later and knocked the power out. There was no backup generator and the power didn’t come back on till after midnight. I stayed in my truck in the parking lot till power came back on. When I checked out the next morning, there was no offer of a discount or partial refund for the power being out. Would not stay there again.”

There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The...
