Hotel storici a Gerno

“To check in the building, the codes didn’t work at all the whole time of our stay. They also didn’t tell us that the apt door locks every time it closes, so we locked the keys and had to drive 40 mins to get to the property management office to get a spare set of keys that didn’t work either, so ended up waiting another hour for maintenance help. Only sheets provided, no blankets. The street where the apt is located is under construction and closed, so the taxi had to drop us off one block away.”

“Perfect place for our 1 night stay in milan”

“Appartamento bello e pulito. Ottimo soggiorno sotto tutti i punti di vista.”

“Property was wonderful and in a scenic location but being there without a car limited our access to the lake itself. Would highly recommend to guests with a car but would choose something closer to train station if traveling by public transport”

“Casa in ottima posizione pulita e accogliente Propietario super disponibile ho trovato tutti i confort in questa abitazione consiglio vivamente”

“Enjoyed the comfort of the space, the beautiful bathroom, and the convenience to the public transportation. Our host's communication was outstanding and no detail was missed. We'd definitely stay there again!”

“Il Prince rimane uno degli alberghi top di milano ”

“Super saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage für einen Urlaub in Como. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Super freundlicher Vermieter, der bei allen Fragen gerne weiter hilft. (Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps). Schnelle und einfache Kommunikation.”

“The photos make it look bright and sunny. It was not. Very dark and gloomy which made us feel very depressed to be honest. And for the price….expected a much nicer place and amenities. However, the property manager was extremely quick to respond so it was nice to know if we needed anything we could reach out. 5 star on that aspect of things.”

“Tutto perfetto ”

“We were a group of eight - four adults and four teenagers who stayed at the Dream Garden for 2 days. First off : Even more than the house, the house owner Gianluca - was a pleasure to do business with. He is a very polite gentleman who welcomed us to his house warmly - first impressions go a long way and our first impression was very good. The house itself is located on the LIMA subway station in Milan. As a US citizen, the thought of taking public transportation was a bit daunting, but it...

“Spectacular place to stay. Sergio was very accommodating…met us upon arrival to give us a little history of the building, made sure we had everything we needed and went on his way. It’s truly as beautiful as the photos. And what a cool trap door (you’ll have to go and stay to see what I mean ;-). Had a wonderful bathroom, nice bar setup and great open space with panoramic views. You won’t be disappointed ”

“Friendly staff, great location near high-end shopping and extremely well-maintained rooms. Food selection is awesome and restaurants have great selections.”
