Case vacanze a Gerusalemme ovest

“struttura vecchia e abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la camera e nessuno sapeva niente quando il giorno prima ci dicevano che avrebbero risolto. deludente”

“The room was in an excellent location. It suited my needs and was an excellent value. For 1 person its great . Can't see it happening for more than 1.Communication was challenging, but once i was able to speak with someone things went smoothly. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. It would have been easier for me personally had i been able to communicate via email, but it worked out.”

“Condizioni della struttura/camera assolutamente non corrispondenti alle foto sul sito. Arredi danneggiati e/o praticamente inutilizzabili. Scarsa pulizia. Letti scomodi. Spazi e servizi inadeguati rispetto a quanto pubblicizzato.Sconsigliato.”

“The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

“Nice neighbourhood, although very hilly. Small Apartment but clean.”

“The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music blaring just outside until 2 am, the light from the street beaming in brightly, and the construction that began at 6 am. We expected (and had been warned) that there would be street noise, but this was beyond what we could comfortably handle. Fortunately, Joseph was able to move us...

“Stay away/ very deceptive listing - we had to immediately leave & book something else -Zero instructions how to access building which requires code - terribly rusted balcony furniture - poop stains on bath mat - extremely poor communication with host / promised to reply but never did - dirty coffee table - bathtub very dirty”

“This is the worst place I ever stayed. Dirty, walls full of molds, bathroom is disgustingly. There were dirty laundry everywhere, included dirty towels with menstrual blood on them. Try to contact the host, after around 20 calls she answered, once I complained she blocked me. After one night I left the place, and she would not agreed to cancel according with Expedia. It is in a basement, it stink of crap and urine, the room is full of junk collected in the street probably. The location is...

“Nice and quiet apartment comfortable”

“I mentioned that a microwave oven would be nice and it was delivered the next day.”

“Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.”
