“Location, location, location! Older hotel that is currently under construction for improvements. Also the boiler has gone out and there was a machine that ran all night. The hotel rooms are on the outside of the building but this was not an issue for us. Just the noise of the machine was irritating. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. “Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is...

“The location is beautiful with ski slopes and the golf course. Our room needed updating. The bed was comfortable. The heating/ cooling thermostat was hard to use and the blower was right next to the bed and very loud when it went on. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was tight.”
