“The property was perfectly situated within Edinburgh. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were highly designed and very functional. The old building, comfy bed and location made for a wonderful visit!”

“Beautiful and cosy place just few steps away from the center. The atmosphere is exactly what you are expecting from a Scottish Hotel. Unfortunately for 2nights we had some problems with the heating and the noise the radiator was making. After the first night, when I showed the reception our concern, they told us that someone would have fixed it. None did. After the second night, at the check out I expressed again our concern and disappointment. The person at the desk checked what was not done....

“While the apartment was very clean and amenities provided were all modern throughout. We unfortunately did not have a pleasant stay, the only thing was the poor sleep we had. The bed/mattresses was very worn, hard and uncomfortable to the point where you could feel the springs on a part of the mattress. The blinds were not fully sun proof so we had light coming through at 4am to the point we had to get some eye masks. On top of this, the noise and beeping of the elevator outside the front door...

“Appartamenti in zona centralissima di Edimburgo, a due passi da Victoria Street. L'appartamento era molto spazioso e abbastanza ben fornito (stoviglie e pentolame sufficiente), all'arrivo era anche abbastanza pulito. Il nostro appartamento affacciava su un vicoletto molto poco frequentato, ma se passa qualcuno che fa rumore o parla a voce alta in camera si sente tutto (una notte abbiamo dovuto sopportare qualche schiamazzo). “Camera pulitissima e silenziosa, il personale professionale e misurato nei modi. Colazione con una buona scelta. Ho apprezzato il mio cappuccino d avena. Il centro si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo.”
