“We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold.”

“Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night. Good variety of...

“The steam room and sauna is very old and require urgent renovations, tiles in the steam are loose and dangerous. There also no anti-slip mats and therefore I slipped outside the steam room and hurt my foot, however they helped me and offered support. Also require rubber slippers for the steam and sauna. The bedroom was excellent and the service by staff was great!”
