“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“very good hotel located in the Central Park area, quite central in Jakarta, next to a very nice mall with plenty of opportunities for eating, shopping, etc. Room was quite spacious, but with limited space in wardrobe, a working desk right underneath TV that impaired the vision, lousy window view (facing a residential building). Cleaning of room to be improved (I threw away a pair of socket the first night and found one the following afternoon after room service...). comfortable bed, linen and...

“A great hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities I wanted, and the price was good. Service staff and reception were all very friendly and quick to help with anything. Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. :-(”

“It’s a simple hotel, good enough to stay one night. The service is nice. The rooms are small. There is no hairdryer and towels and linen are already grey. The breakfast is a choice between vegetables, fried tofu, fried fish, fried rice noodles with rice and a tiny assortment of fruit.”
