Hotel a Giacarta Occidentale

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“The hotel is new and rooms are clean. daily making of room abit slow but acceptable. Location is a big challenge. Always have traffic jam. But along Jl Gajah Mada is where some eateries and night entertainment are.”
