“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“Non sanno neanche parlare inglese! Al check out ho ribadito più volte di aspettare un taxi che avevo già prenotato e pagato. Hanno capito di chiamare uno loro. La sorpresa è stata arrivato all aeroporto senza soldi e con il taxista che minacciava di riportarmi indietro ”

“plus points: pick-up and drop off to Airport, good breakfast even if not really ideal for eastern customers, front office good. Negative points: NOISY all the time even if me at 5th floor, people all the time talking in the rows and really unquite ambient. I am old customer of this hotel since "quarantine time" but sincerely I doubt to come again here”
