“We had no idea that our room was basically a repurposed retirement home with a temporary divider wall between our unit and the neighbouring unit... linoleum floors, no way to securely lock your belongings, very bright overhead lighting, and hearing every word that the other guests had to say made for an awkward experience... Not worth the hotel room rates... Sorry!”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”

“From the very start, I had a good feeling about this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me warmly at check-in and on my 2 other days there. Although they were still learning and adjusting to a new system, they were kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It may not have been quite as soft as I personally prefer, but I still slept well all three nights of my stay. I also appreciated having a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge...

“Had a family reunion booked at the hotel the pool area combined with their outdoor cooking area was an amazing surprise. The locations proximity to the boardwalk along the lake was a definite bonus.Great experience will definitely book again if in the area.”
