  • Great location! Right next door to Southern Oaks Event Venue and just 5 minutes from beautiful Lake Murray and the free public boat ramp, Larry Koon Landing. Several stores and restaurants within 5 minutes and only 15 minutes outside of Lexington for anything else you may need. 3 bedrooms 2 bath with a sofa bed and a bunk bed.

Nice property convenient to the wedding venue next door. Spacious inside. Nicely decorated. Loved the outside patio. Had a small plumbing issue and host responded quickly to remedy that.

The house was updated, very clean, and had everything our family of 4 needed for our 5 day stay. We were in town for a family graduation in Columbia and the location right off the highway was very convenient. We didn’t realize the house was as close to the highway as it is and the traffic could be heard a bit, but it didn’t really bother us. Overall a great stay!

This place is nice and very clean. The parking is awesome we usually have 4 bass boats and theres ample parking. The house is large enough for the 4 of us and its conveniently located to the boat ramps.

We were there for a wedding at the Southern Oaks venue which is right next door. Perfect location. Publix grocery store is 5 miles away, and JC's Outdoor store is just across the street, and they serve breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The home is very clean and pleasant.Lots of parking space.

Great stay for the masters

This property was very nice ! The place was clean and very welcoming. The beds were excellent, living space was great, appliances in great shape! Would highly recommend this property!

The bunk beds looked freshly slept in and not made, which made me question if any bedding had been washed. There was a dirty towel hanging in the in suite bathroom and all but two towels was in the washing machine wet. There was about .25 roll of toilet paper between both bathrooms, no paper towels, and bags in any of the trash cans. It just looked like the cleaning crew ran out of time? Other than that the property was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable.
