Hotel vicino a Gilcrease Museum - Tulsa

“Room was very clean aswell as the whole property the only issue I had was when I checked in they didn't give me a total or tell me how much the resort fee and or the hotel deposit was they just ran my card and didn't say anything also being a casino hotel I figure the pool with swim up bar would have been open later then 10pm on a Saturday night but other then that it was a great hotel and will stay again”

“The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

“Our first morning, I ordered a 'pot' of coffee to be delivered to our room with 2 cups and half-and-half. What we received, after a 25 minute wait, was two, 12-oz cups of coffee and one 8-oz cup of half-and-half. The second morning, I ordered another 'pot' of coffee with two full breakfasts. We received the 'pot' of coffee this time but, again, with no cups (fortunately we had the two cups in the room) and only 1 set of utensils for the two meals.
