“Beautiful hotel. I paid extra for a deluxe double room, which was lovely overall. However, one downside—never mentioned during booking or at check-in—was that the room didn’t have an external window. Instead, it faced the bar area, so there was no natural light in the room.”

“I’m just about to check out of this absolutely lovely hotel. It’s in a great location. Staff were some of the best in any hotel we’ve stayed in.
Room is very nice. Bed extremely comfortable.. I slept like a baby! Great little touches like Elemis shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included.
Coffee, tea and biscuits provided. I need to find myself some of those ‘bara brith’ biscuits. Being from England Ive not had them before, but they were delicious!

“Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti. Viaggiavo da sola alla ricerca di una stanza da affittare a Cardiff. La camera e i bagni(in comune) erano puliti, il personale discreto e gentilissimo. La posizione dell'hotel non è vicinissima, ma comunque a portata di mano:) economico e consigliato!”

“Mi hanno svegliato alle 7 di mattina per spostare la macchina nel parcheggio. Con maggiore organizzazione potrebbero sistemare diversamente le auto. Il bagno era in comune anche se avevo chiesto ina camera con bagno in camera”

“The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked.
