I have some foods I cannot eat and staff made sure to ask questions so that both my dinner and breakfast were perfect. The spa was fantastic. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. “The staff, air con & bed were very good. However this hotel is more suited to local guests, especially families, than international travelers. Eg the nearest atm is a 15 min taxi ride away. Also this hotel holds large corporate functions so access to the pools can at times be limited.”

“Hôtel familial, accueil très chaleureux. L’emplacement est très bien en face de la mer. Plusieurs spots de snorkeling en face de l’hôtel (un sur la droite très bien et un sur la gauche). Pour être précis, cet hôtel a une très bonne atmosphère mais ce n’est pas un hôtel luxueux. Les bungalows donnant sur la mer sont grands et fonctionnels mais simples.
