“Soggiorno piacevole. Staff presente e disponibile. Pulizia giornaliera e acqua calda con buona pressione. Tante isole facilmente raggiungibili ma lo snorkeling di fronte alla struttura è davvero bello. Per gli amanti del mare e del relax: poco turismo e assenza di vita notturna. Per chi cerca questo, il lombok sunset è una scelta ottima con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero invitante. Due pecche solamente: la cucina, di buona fattura ma con pochissima scelta e la strada di accesso al resort,...

“Cheguei no hotel e não havia ninguém, então assumi o bangalô que estava vazio, por minha conta. Reservei bangalô com TV e chaleira elétrica e não havia (só no 3⁰ dia apareceu uma menina da faxina e consegui a chaleira e uma torradeira). O lugar é muito espaçoso e confortável e a localização agradável de frente ara a praia, nas não tem opção de restaurante ou comércio nas imediações (só um restaurante no hotel ao lado, sem muita variedade)...Wi fi horroroso”

“The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/...

“While the property is good, food was terrible. Also, we left our AirPods at the hotel but when we got back they were not to be found. Most likely one of the staff took it. Overall a very average stay and the dishonesty cost us even more dearly. ”
