“What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). “Hotel is new. Great to be out of the city as we were exploring the surrounding areas.
Check-in staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Check out was likewise very easy.
No problem getting a park underneath.
We ate at the restaurant twice and rooftop bar - great views. Food was fantastic.
The Wait Staff were coping with high volumes of people and doing as good a job as possible. Friendly, but couldn't answer questions, didn't know the menu, but what was truly awful was their managers....

“Sapevamo che era un motel.. ma non pensavamo così. . La camera è vecchia con mobili rigati e rotti.. il bagno puzza ma non sapevamo se era il water o la vasca.
In compenso il letto era molto comodo.
La pulizia non è un granché e per finire la prima notte niente cambio asciugamani e la seconda notte 1 cambio solo.. peccato che eravamo in 2.
Cmq lo consiglio solo se siete disperati”

I was sent to the wrong room upon checkin, my code wasn't working, so had to ring to find out why only to be told wrong room.
