“Buyer beware! Paid for extra protection and the day of the stay I couldn't find my purse and I was told I couldn't check in without my license and visa which were in my purse. I called Expedia and Ameristar and each of them blamed the other. I see this as Expedia's chance to do the right thing. They didn’t. I got the same response for both emails I sent. “We had a lovely stay at the Club Hotel. Staff was very nice and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs. The shower and all the room amenities were first class. They have in room pour over coffee! A treat. There was a wonderful bar of soap that if I knew who made it I would buy more. Overall very happy with the property and staff. Quick walk to shops, bars and restaurants.”
