“It was a nice cozy 2nd tier cabin, while we couldn't stay the whole night (turns out we aren't the outdoors type) we enjoyed the few hours we were there the main bed was unique as the bed frame was made of logs and just slightly taller than the mattress”

I called Expedia and Ameristar and each of them blamed the other. I see this as Expedia's chance to do the right thing. They didn’t. I got the same response for both emails I sent. “We had a lovely stay at the Club Hotel. Staff was very nice and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs. The shower and all the room amenities were first class. They have in room pour over coffee! A treat. There was a wonderful bar of soap that if I knew who made it I would buy more. Overall very happy with the property and staff. Quick walk to shops, bars and restaurants.”
