“The room was clean. It was very quiet on our floor. The Elevator was not secure. We did not need to use our card to get the elevator to go to our floor. Coffee in the room was nice but only 3 pods for two people that like coffee.”

“Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. We contacted Expedia and then they said the Nest is not willing to refund. What a home! What a rip off. I’ll...
