“We liked the property and it was nice and quiet. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - the tv never worked and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close.”

“This property is very nice. Fully remodeled from a turn-of-the-century home built in Georgetown. Jamie, the owner, was kind and courteous. Accommodations were perfect and clean, and her breakfast was yummy every day. We would highly recommend this location to others wanting a charming get away.”

“This was our second time staying at this wonderful boutique hotel, and it definitely won’t be our last. The hotel is warm and welcoming with beautiful decor and loads of charm. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and well appointed. The staff provided exceptional service with genuine friendliness. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Idaho Springs and the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hidden gem!”

“This was our second time staying at Georgetown Mountain Inn for four nights with our two kids. The pool and hot tub are great, and the location is perfect: it’s a one-block walk to the city park with a playground, and only a couple blocks further to the downtown shopping district. This time we did the Capital Prize Gold Mine tour which is right up the hill from the hotel. There are a variety of things available for breakfast: hard-boiled eggs, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, and good strong...

“Upon opening the door to our room you could see footprints on the floor. The floor apparently wasn’t swept before we got there as it felt dirty when walking across it barefoot. Beds were very good though. When checking in you didn’t feel very welcome.”

“Basic motel, nothing fancy, but functional for the night. Price was higher than I expected, but I was in town for a large bicycling event, so I understand the price point.”

“This place was super cute and full of character. Tucked into the mountains, but easily accessible. There is a general store across the street. The lady that checked me in was very nice. The lounge was rustic and inviting and was stocked with games and a pool table. They have indoor hot tubs (which I sadly didnt have time to use). My room was clean and comfortable. Free waffles and coffee for breakfast! I'm not sure when I will be back through the area, but I know where to stay when I do.”

“Unclear listing, inaccurate information on property pages. Needs quarters to take showers but was not told in advance. Poor sanity in the restroom and bathroom”

“The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.”
