“Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

“We were very happy with our stay at Linden Row. Parking is a block away for $10.
The property, especially the rooms show their age. However, our room was decorated in a way that reminded us of the old South, specifically old Charleston. The bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. Coffee in the lobby was good. Breakfast on the property is ordered then brought to your room. The highlight is sweet Annabelle… the sweetest kitty on earth! We would definitely stay there again.”

“This property has a traditional and country club vibe. It sits on 20 acres which would be lovely for a wedding or event. It’s obviously an older property but has been kept well. It was pretty empty when we arrived for an overnight stay and the cars are parked behind the building to the right when you drive up. We did not partake in dinner or breakfast.”

“Hotel and rooms clean. Not the most modern of bathroom, but it was clean and had plenty of supplies. The Staff were helpful upon check in, check out and inbetween.
Breakfast was pretty good. It would have been nice to have some yogurt at breakfast. The rest of the food was ample. There was plenty of lit parking.”

“Our room didn't have a smoke detector battery that's unsafe . one of the staff was helpful when we first checked in 2nd day was a other man yelled at us asking for towels. i was going ask for my money back but me and my husband made it WORK .... breakfast food was a 0000000/10 .... Sausages wasn't DONE AT ALL ! if you not going cook the food right don't have HOT BREAKFAST !”

“Room was not clean. Shower door didn’t close. Bathroom sink completely clogged. Expedia never sent my booking into the hotel after the GM approved the date change so there was no reservation. I had to pay a slightly higher “walk in” rate. Still waiting on Expedia to refund my original payment. Front desk staff in evening was rude. GM was very helpful however. “Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. I’m sure it saves them a ton of money but the savings sure don’t seem to be passed on to the customer. We could have used the floor vacuumed but not gonna happen!
