Hotel a Glasgow

“We knew a stay at this casino would be good. We were a bit concerned that our room would smell of cigarettes smoke, but it didn’t and our room was clean and comfortable. The only negative comment I have is that the restaurant is not open for breakfast Friday through Sunday. Can’t complain about the casino, I left with $100 in my pocket! Only played on $40.”

“Bedroom was clean but had multiple spiders in it. Bed had black stains and signs of bedbugs. Shower worked but shower head was messing screws and was barely attached to the well. Towel rack came off the wall by me just picking the towel off of it. Inside pool was closed and couldn’t use it at all. Check in time came and our room wasn’t ready for 3 hours after check in due to washing machine break so no towels, blankets, or sheets. Staff wouldn’t even discount the room or anything. 1/5 start,...

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”
