“The property was attractive, safe, easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, as was the coffee. I appreciated the fridge and full length mirror. The only thing missing was a microwave, but one was available in the lobby.”

“The room was clean but the furniture was junk, and it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. But you could smell cigarette smoke in the room. The bed sheets and blankets instead of smell like cigarette smoke. I guess the reason why it was considered a smoke. Free room is because at that particular time, I was not smoking in it. The entire floor that I was on as soon as you walked into the hallway. All you could smell was cigarette smoke. The I guess the AC or whatever was not working downstairs...

“Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate! Grounds and rooms were clean and well-kept and staff was friendly. Beds were a bit firm for our preference, but not horribly so. However, there weren’t any blankets on the beds—just the flat sheets and the bedspread. It took a little trial-and-error to get the temp just right for sleeping w/out having a blanket, but we figured it out! “Breakfast” options were very limited, but luckily on this trip, we weren’t planning to eat at the hotel anyway. “This was the worst property I have ever stayed. We took pictures of some of the issues. Huge hair clumps on the towels from previous use, the coffee pot had not been cleaned, two spiders in the room - one a brown recluse-blood stains on the sheets. In the lobby I asked for an extra coffee pod (after thoroughly cleaning it) and the desk clerk walked around the desk and to the back to get it and he was barefoot. “This is a small hotel with the outdoor entrance rooms. The owners have refurbished all the rooms. Mine was quite lovely. The bed was huge, I even had a recliner. The TV was a huge screen with plenty of channels. It was very clean and smelled great. The staff were so kind, helping me out. I’m disabled so getting inside the office to use the ice machine was a little hard but the boy behind the counter jumped out real fast to help.
