“Breakfast was very poor. Very little was out and then, not very fresh. Walked into the room and had a huge black spider on the bed. I tv didn't work so we called and he came to fix it. We have a son at college so we come often but need to look at another hotel. Paid too much for what we got.”

“First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...

“This property was definitely a bargain at the price point I was able to book my single room.”

“Didnt use the pool. Room was clean,however they need to fix/repair it. Staff was polite and helpful. There were people upstairs that were quite noisy. In fairness I did not say anything about it ”

“For the price you don’t get much. I could stay at a 4 star hotel in downtown Chicago for the price and it seemed like a plain 3 star hotel. I didn’t have many options in the area so I guess they are price gouging. ”

“Advertised pool. Pool was closed and emptied automatic failure Room light had a serious flicker before coming on but came on so low score Strange wiring. Bathroom light only came on when fan flipped on as well. Breakfast was sub par either out or felt like taking the only one available Staff was friendly”

“The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. ”

“Our in room phone didn't work, and the ice machine on the third floor was not working. It was fine for what I needed, but if there were better options, I would certainly choose them. ”

“It looked like they was updating a lot of stuff so unfortunately they had the pool area closed due to having all the stuff in there just would be helpful if doing that stuff it’s posted before booking. ”

“The bathroom, the shower made a weird noise when using it the toilet made a weird noise when nobody was in there the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and dishes”
