“Staff are good. I booked one king size bed room. It was on the lower level and next to the parking space. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe.
Would be better to ask customer if it’s okay the room will be in lower level. Then customer will decide. I would not mind paying extra and to feel safe. ”

“Our room was very spacious. Curtains could not close completely because hooks were missing, spacious bathroom but very small shower with no shelf for shampoo or soap. Our room was uncomfortably cool and there was no way to turn up the heat.”

“The first room smelled and the toilet was "slow" to flush amd then just wouldn't. Theroom pho e didnt work and had to go down to the deak t I report. They did move me to a room with a working toilet and phone. I appreciated the move
There was a pre teen basketball team staying and lots and lots of running up and down the halls.
Breakfast was good. The person making it and making sure stocked was good.”

“Absolutely love the location. Right in the heart of Port Credit and right beside the river. Lovely walking paths, a wealth of restaurants to choose from, coffee shops etc.
For the price, this place is excellent. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the staff are very responsive.
It is a bit dated cosmetically, but the positives far outweigh this.
Highly recommend. ”

“Comodità assoluta vista la vicinanza con l'aeroporto e il bus navetta. Il check-in è stato rapidissimo, carino il locale per la colazione. ATM in loco. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Bagno minimale ma sufficiente. Ovviamente manca il bidet, come quasi ovunque. Se dovessimo atterrare a Toronto per poi andare altrove in auto, sicuramente tornerei qui. Prezzo corretto.”
