“Honestly, I would’ve given a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the noisy AC. My husband and I didn’t get much sleep. The next morning we went to speak with the manager whom was very unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager, she came from the back and said “what y’all need”. I definitely expected a good morning, hello, or how may I help you. “Beautiful 200 year old inn in a secluded natural setting. Very relaxing after a long day of work. Will definitely stay there the next time I am in the area.”

“I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”
