“Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect! ”

“The house was clean and filled with all that we needed. Board games for my son were available to play he he loved it. Quiet location, but also right down the street from Downtown ”

“This home was very comfortable!! Loved the open floor plan and space to be able to spread out. My family had an amazing thanks giving dinner here, kitchen accommodated everything, even had a foil turkey pan awaiting my arrival!! Perfect!! My only complaint was sink drainage was very sluggish, had to wash dishes by hand because when I filled dishwasher and started it, It started quickly leaking all over floor. Other than that our stay was amazing!!! Had a great time!!”

“Great house in a nice area. Such a great use of square footage - the biggest house of that size I’ve ever been in! Clear communication from the host, clean property.”

Small downsides are the top bunk has no sides so wasn't usable for us and the firepit was very unlike the pictures - overgrown and not enjoyably useable. There's very little offered by the management company in terms of your stay / arrival but when I had to message out of hours for an issue with the door, they were...

"In assoluto la peggiore esperienza del nostro viaggio in US. La struttura è vecchia e maltenuta, piscina e palestra avrebbero bisogno di una pesante ristrutturazione. La nostra camera si presentava sporca (ho dovuto addirittura togliere gli insetti morti dalla maniglia della porta prima ancora di entrare, le tende erano piene di ragni) ma anche una pulizia più profonda non avrebbe potuto rimediare alla totale mancanza di manutenzione del bagno (macchie e crepe su muri, vasca da bagno, wc) e dell’arredo (divano logoro e macchiato, moquette da incubo). Se non fossimo stati così stanchi ce ne saremmo andati. Unica nota positiva: la sala giochi, carina."
