“Positives: Our room was bright and immaculately clean. Pillows were meh but the bed was very comfortable. Negatives: The check-in person was rude. Visible signs of wear and tear are everywhere. Furniture and hall carpeting are ancient. Our bathroom door would open and close only with effort. The hotel is just a step removed from being run-down. No amenities other than an exercise room and WiFi. No breakfast, no elevator. This was my first visit to the hotel in at least 10 years and it was...

“It's very difficult for me to evaluate the hotel at the moment. Now it's undergoing repairs and therefore all the problems are on the face. There were 5 markings on the wall in the room - none of them worked. The girls at the reception are very helpful. Breakfast is simple, you can have a snack.”

“I was booked for two rooms for handicapped. One room had two steps up to the bedroom, and not a walk in shower. Each room had only one washcloth, and one hand towel. For two people in the room that’s hardly enough. The rooms definitely needed an upgrade..Don’t bother spending the money adding on the breakfast fee. For a Hilton I was very disappointed”

“I’ve stayed at many cheap hotels and this was definitely the worst experience. We had accidentally booked a room on the smoking floor and had it moved to another floor but the elevator still smelt bad and the room smelled weird. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and the place had an overall gross vibe. I left early in the morning to catch a flight but couldn’t imagine wanting to eat their provided breakfast in such a place.”

“La stanza era a posto ed abbastanza confortevole. Non considero il tipo di riscaldamento quello più pratico. Ma bisogna considerare che è quello largamente diffuso negli USA. ”

“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”
