“What a great spot. It’s been a while since we stayed at a B&B so we were not sure what we would experience. The owner was great, personal, friendly and with a lot of great tips about the area. Room was clean and well organised, with a well-stocked minibar. The rest of the house was also well-kept and clean and the outside area was definitely the highlight with a Chimea, a paddock full of sheep and a nice little walk down to the river. Great breakfast was served in the breakfast area...

“A beautiful location with a magic view, and lots of birds and larger animals. Not for everyone, though, as many will miss their TV and air conditioner. But for the nature lover, a great place to unwind and relax.”

“The room was clean and quiet and there was plenty of free parking. It was great having a laundry on site and I also liked how it was walking distance to Woolworths and other shops. We really enjoyed our stay at Grosvenor court.”

“Clean room & all the staff we engaged with were very friendly/helpful. Plenty of food choices close by incl Woolies & Coles supermarkets. It's about a 10-15min walk to Salamanca markets and another 5mins to the centre of the CBD. Room was well appointed with a good TV and comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again. ”

“Good stay! Nice and quiet, bottleo next door. Ubers were cheap, walk to salamanca was easy, BUT it is at the top of a massive hill so serves to uber/taxi back home. Rooms were clean and had what you needed. Staff were so kind. ”
